First Drop 'Endless Summer' Pinot Grigio 2016 dominique-piron The wine is super elegant
Description
The wine is super elegant and high toned with great acidity
A great food-wine
just on the cusp of ripening
with aerial balance and no heaviness at all
First Drop 'Endless Summer' Pinot Grigio 2016 dominique-piron The wine is super elegantWhiffs of smoke, white pear, pepper and cucumber. Juicy in the palate, more of the firm, white flesh pear flavour spectrum, cut with tangy acid fringes. Dry finish. Does a good job of feeling easy to drink. Id like a plate of salt and pepper squid with this.
